Pat believes that continuous training for its employees is a key factor of success. Strategic activity for the personal and professional growth of every employees, who can develop and acquire new skills.
The training delivery has been various (classes, e-learning platforms…) in order to meet the needs of everyone and to follow the motto:

never stop learning

Today, Pat decided to invest again in training by offering an English course for the whole company during the lock down phase.
Due to the actual national emergency, the training was delivered remotely without however affecting the quality and content of the course.

Different "classes" were identified based on the single preparation of each employee, each of which was guided by a native speaker teacher.
This initiative also provided an opportunity to get to know better your colleagues, meet them in a more informal context but above all it allowed a relation, even if remotely, between individuals during a complex period of forced isolation.

This project was highly appreciated by the whole structure

Next November 21th, at the Auditorium Antonianum in Rome, the annual congress of the Italian Confederation of Liberal Professions (ConfProfessioni) will be held addressing the following theme:

Back to the future, Professions in the digital age.

The national congress of liberal professions is an established event meant to gather a constantly evolving, strategic economic sector for our country, highlighting its growth trends and the needs for supporting its development process with respect to the overall economic development of the country.

This year the Conference’s theme will be: “From the digital strategy of professions to ad hoc policies for the development of the Country. Great expectation for of BeProf ” and will address the issue of growing digitalization, which is also strongly involving the professional sector.

The program of the congress includes several institutional and in-depth interventions, hosting distinguished guests such as the Minister for Regional Affairs, the Minister for Parliamentary Relations, the Deputy Minister Mef, the Undersecretary Mef and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor.

During the afternoon session, called “The future begins today: BeProf an ecosystem of innovative services for professions” will be presented the innovative platform BeProf, a project technically developed by Pat. The Zucchetti Group is the first Italian IT company, with over 350.000 customers, more than 5.500 employees and a distribution network of 1.500 partners worldwide. It has chosen to activate a virtual assistant in 2017 to support the after-sales services of its own Infinity HR solution.

The motivation for the adoption of a chatbot solution is providing customers with a valid after-sales support able to answer common technical questions, reducing the overall inbound generated by the channels of traditional assistance.

The solution adopted: a virtual assistant to support customer service

Pat’s chatbot, Engagent, offers the new 24/7/365 support channel providing real-time answers to Zucchetti INFINITY HR solutions.

Engagent is an intelligent assistant who has the ability to learn from the questions submitted by customers and to manage new topics in a flexible way. After about two years from the adoption of the platform, its database of recognized topics has grown significantly:: about 30% of the contents have been created on the basis of customer questions, thus improving accuracy of reply.

Today the chatbot is able to respond independently to 60% of the questions asked by Zucchetti customers and manages about 1000 monthly interactions.

The great value of the project, called “HR Virtual Assistant“, is being able to offer a high-performance after-sales service, easy to use and simple to access by customers. When providing an answer, The chatbot may suggest to also display video tutorials or a specific resource in the document area.

Furthermore, the chatbot proves to be a valid support in request peaks, such as the release of a major release or during legislative changes.

The head of post-sales services HR Zucchetti, Bruna Piceni, declares:

While deploying the “HR Virtual Assistant” project, based on the Engagent chatbot, we were confident to be able to provide our customers with an innovative user experience that would meet their expectations.

Renovated headquarters in InfiniteArea Campus

Pat, present with its offices in Milan, Treviso, Rome, Florence and Madrid, today renews its historic headquarters in Montebelluna, which is therefore ready to take Pat to new routes and horizons.
